Nestled in the heart of Wyoming, Jackson Hole provides the perfect canvas for love stories. Especially those “ Just said Yes” kind of ones.
Recently, I had the joy of photographing a romantic engagement session in Grand Teton National Park. We hopped to two locations during golden hour for the best lighting. Because the sun sets sooner the closer you are to the mountain, we started at Windy Point and then headed out to Mormon Row.
Romance at Windy Point Turnoff
Our session started at Windy Point in Grand Teton National Park. One of my favorite locations because it’s right off the main road and easy to stop at with an amazing view. The lighting also hits there a certain way and it’s just stunning.

Exploring Iconic Spots
We continued our session over at the iconic Mormon Row. A historic settlement against the majestic Teton Range and fields of long golden grass. The rustic charm of the weathered barns and open fields provided an enchanting setting. My favorite spot out here though is the little trail through the long golden grasses! *** Please note this trail is no longer open sadly**
