A Jackson Hole Wedding in Winter

Jackson Hole Wedding ceremony at Teton Mountain Lodge

Rooftop Wedding in March at Teton Mountain Lodge

Jackson Hole weddings in winter are truly magical. There is just something about the glistening snow, crackling fires, and cozy sleigh rides that make it so unique!

This Jackson Hole wedding editorial was even more magical because it sat upon a rooftop in Teton Village. With epic views of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort it’s a perfect location for a winter wedding! I mean really any time of year you’ll find this a stunning location and currently it’s the only rooftop around for holding a ceremony!

Let’s rewind though and dive into the fashion, inspiration, and all the details

Vintage Oscar De La Renta Wedding Gown

Vintage gowns are all the rage right now and this is a prime example of why they have become popular.

To wear a luxury gown with high quality fabric, textures, and a ton of character is what many brides are searching for. Shops such as Gossamer hold exquisite wedding gowns that brides can choose for rehearsal, wedding, or reception.

Paired in with this gorgeous gown from Oscar De La Renta are Larroude heels and Old Gringo boots from Kemo Sabe located in downtown Jackson. The pink suede cowboy boots was a perfect way to pull in some western elegance. Meanwhile the burgundy heels added character and a more elevated look, I especially loved the little flowers on them.

A Ralph Lauren Inspired Design

With a deep color palette of warm, earthy tones and then pops of burgundy, pink, and baby blue. This was an elegant, mountain chic twist on Ralph Lauren with the floral and velvet linens.

Jackson Hole Wedding Portraits

The Teton Mountain Lodge rooftop is located at the base of the Tetons in Teton Village. This is about 15 minutes from the town of Jackson and in the area known as ” Jackson Hole.” It’s a prime location year round and a much better experience than downtown Jackson.

The only part of this location is that you can’t see the full Teton range or peaks but just a few minutes down the road you can! Which makes for the perfect sunset portrait location!

One thing to note too is that you can’t see the Tetons at all in the town of Jackson. So this is another reason why I love Teton Village! Great views, ton’s of wildlife, near Grand Teton National Park Entrance, and several of our best restaurants and hotels!

Teton Village Portraits

While you can’t see the full mountain range, I will LOVE the portraits in Teton Village.

The Wedding Reception

Nestled right inside of Teton Mountain Lodge is this cozy lobby that’s perfect for intimate weddings! I love the elegant, cabin feel and natural light.

Amanda Jewel Designs pulled in the most gorgeous florals that were paired with fruits, artichokes, and asparagus!

A Jackson Hole Wedding is the perfect place for your winter wedding! From flying into one of the most gorgeous airports (and the only one in a national park) to the Iconic Teton backdrop, it’s an iconic location! about the artist

I'm Kayla

A red dirt girl from Oklahoma turned mountain woman with a camera in tow. I have a finesse for fine art in the West and over the years have built a legendary business that encompasses wild landscapes and romance among the mountains.

My love of photography has grown from digital to film. With my dad's old Minolta and vintage  film cameras I've picked up over the years, I use these to photograph my couples in an enduring medium that I adore.

Photography is a still moment, an emotion held forever. To look at and bring us right back to the moment. To remind us  how we felt,  of those we love, and something we cherish and pass down over generations.
